By accessing or using C.E.R.T.S. (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, individuals, and companies who access or use the Service.

C.E.R.T.S. offers two types of accounts: Individual and Organization.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information upon registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).

• Organization plans incur a base fee plus $7.00 per employee per month.
• Individual plans are offered at a flat rate of $9.99/month.
• Annual billing cycles are eligible for a 10% discount.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload false, misleading, or forged credentials, licenses, or certifications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

In no event shall C.E.R.T.S., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
